A Return Fit for Royalty

Changed your mind? Not quite in love? No worries, darling—we want you to adore every Ivey + York piece in your home.

Our Policy, Simply Put:

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and ready for their next grand entrance.

  • Custom or final sale items, alas, are not eligible for return.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Pop us an email at [orders@iveyandyork.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our friendly team will reply with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once your item is back in our hands and looking splendid, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method (less original shipping, if applicable).

Exchanges
Love something else instead? Let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange if the item is in stock. Quick as you please.

A Few Fine Print Details:

  • Returned items must be in pristine, unused condition.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your item arrives damaged or less than perfect, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right—scouts’ honour!
