Frequently Asked Questions

Curious? You’re in Good Company.

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the continental United States, with plans to bring a bit of splendor worldwide very soon. Stay tuned, globe-trotters!

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 days, but if you’re in a hurry, we offer expedited options at checkout. (Patience may be a virtue, but we’re not here to test it.)

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number faster than you can say “parcel post.” Just click the link in your confirmation email.

4. What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days to return most items for a refund or exchange—no interrogation required. See our Returns Policy for all the fine print (and reassurance).

5. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Absolutely! Just select “gift wrap” at checkout, and we’ll make your parcel look positively regal.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Drop us a note at [orders@iveyandyork.com] as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

7. What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh, the horror! Email us within 48 hours at [orders@iveyandyork.com] with a photo and your order number. We’ll put things right, no stiff upper lip required.

8. Are your products dishwasher/microwave safe?

Many of our items like marble trays and bar tools prefer a gentle hand wash and a bit of pampering. Check your product care card or product page for details—when in doubt, treat with love.

9. Can I visit you in person?

We’re online only for now, but you can always send us a note or tag us in your most stylish snaps at @iveyandyork. Who knows? A brick-and-mortar may be in our future.

10. Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?

Why yes! Interior designers, stylists, and retailers—email [hello@iveyandyork.com] for details on trade and bulk orders.
